Welcome to SparkPeople, NERAK59. Wow! 65 pounds is quite an accomplishment. Ironically, I just finished reading a three part article on this site about Plateau Busters (under the Healthy Lifestyles tab). There are some SparkTeams specifically for people with chronic pain and one called Plateau Busters. This may be a good way for you to meet people with similar health concerns.

I am on a healthy weight loss journey . I have lost 65 pounds and have seem to hit a plateau.
I try to avoid processed foods, refined sugar, minimal dairy,eat only chicken fish or legumes for protein. I try to exercise at least 5 times a week. Getting healthy is a tough task. I am also dealing with chronic headaches for the past 6 years. I would love to hear from people with weight loss difficulty and health challenges (or anyone else)
