Hi there

I have been using a mini stepper for quite sometime, I have managed to lose 10 kgs via this exercise. Its a great backup if you can not get outdoors and gives good resistance with the hydraulics than flat surface walking. Good luck emoticon

As long as you like it and gets your heart rate up it is great. Enjoy and let us know how it goes.

The form of exercise doesn't really matter - it is the total calories burned (and consumed) that is important.

If a mini-stepper works for you, then go for it.

i've been trying to see if anyone has had any luck in losing some pounds using a stepper. i cant afford or fit a big piece of exercise equipment into my apartment. i already do a ton of different dvds but i was thinking of getting a stepper so i can step workout along with the tv (and i do like my tv to unwind after a long day). do any work your core or abs?

have you have experienced using a mini stepper. i'm thinking of getting one with resistance cords. and how does the twist stepper work exactly?
