Yes, avoid cream sauces and gravies! Also, avoid cream soups! Always hold the cheese, whether it's a salad or sandwich or whatever--you can save yourself a lot of calories that way and it doesn't usually effect taste that much or at all.

Be sure to have snacks. Don't get to the point where you are famished or you'll overeat. (at least I do.)

Don't beat yourself up if you choose to eat too much or not workout, just go back to doing what you need to do!

When eating out, order foods that do not have creamy sauces or gravies.
