I have only lost 26lbs but even with this amount my health has definitely improved! I am no longer taking diabetic meds and anytime I check my blood pressure it is like so rewarding to see 115/75 like my last reading....and I no longer have a double chin and I can see my jaw line! I have gone from a size 18 to a size 16....I can go on and on....
I can do this, I will do this....

I feel great ive been eaating better especially watching my calorie intake and working out atleast 5 days a week. it truely shows and when i stepped on that scale yesterday and saw that i lost 3.5 pounds in a week i was truely happy. I felt that all my efforts payed off and hopefully next week it will be the same results.

When the physical starts to feels (and look) better naturally because you are taking care of your body, the emotional definitly starts to pick up. That and your body getting the right nutrion regularly will also pick your mood up on its own.

Im curious for anyone who has lost signifigant weight how they have noticed any changed emotionaly, physically? im curious about of anything health wise that has cxhanged and mood and behavior? thanks everyone looking for motivation!
