Now, you KNOW that weight fluctuates day to day, even hour to hour, and usually doesn't seem to correspond to anything else, like what you've eaten or how much you worked out. I only weigh once a week, and even that may be too often! Don't freak yourself out by that! After all, I saw that you bought a size smaller shirt. That's what counts, isn't it?

for got to weigh in yesterday. Did it today and gain 1 lb. Just can't seem to get past the 160 weigh. Any tips
