I give all new members one piece of advice and it's this,"Don't look at good health or weight loss with an all or nothing mentality". If the only healthy thing you did for yourself was drink 8 glasses of water today, that's still a step in the right direction. Remember you're trying to change habits learned over a life time. That's not going to happen overnight, a week, a month or even a year. Change takes time. thus the need to be patient with yourself and your body.
If you're eating right five out of seven days, you're still doing better than the average American. Eating right 5 days during the week is a great start to a healthy lifestyle. give yourself more credit !! With more time, you will learn to eat more healthfully the entire week.
So, don't beat yourself up because you're eating a little too much on the weekends. As the Coaches all say,"Trust the Process". No one ever became a healthy eater overnight.

Oh well, I guess you just have to allow some of that flexibility for yourself! You deserve it and congrats on it being not that bad. Tomorrow's another day!

had a really good week, up until today - and it wasnt THAT bad, it just wasnt as good as the other days. trying not to be discouraged.
