nice work on what you have done so far. Exercise is important. Do what you can.........like walking in place while the commercials are on during your favorite tv show. parking the farthest away from the store and walk in. put on music and dance around the house. good luck in this.

Thanks for the encouragement. I was feeling like I wasn't doing what was expected because I can't do more than low impact or WII step exercises. I will do what I can and hopefully increase as I go. I love water aerobics but due to my daycare hours I can't get to the classes. I will work on losing by eating healthy food. Congratulations on your weight loss.

You're doing just fantastic! emoticon

From my own experience, food intake was much more important than exercise (I'm quite limited in what I can do, exercise-wise). But through carefully monitoring and tracking what I eat, I've kept my weight off for several years without much of an exercise routine, so I learn toward eating as the most crucial part of the weight-loss equation.

Thanks for the encouragement. How long did it take you to lose your 99 pounds. What an accomplishment. My first goal is 99 then I will see after that. My goal is to get below 200. its great to see someone did it, it gives me hope.

Today begins week 3 for me. I lost 2 pounds last week. That makes 13 in 3 weeks. I have been pretty good following recipes and spent yesterday making muffins, cashew butter, rice dishes that I can put in freezer and grab as I need them. My problem is the exercising. I have almost completed my 3 January resolutions. I did clean out my closets, and kitchen cupboards and have my cruise photos half done. I ran out of sleeves to put them in and the craft stores are out right now. Feeling pretty good, want to keep up the momentum.
