Life is good!

Eliminate "I will try". Replace with "I will".
You are now ready to succeed.
Let's go.

What a wonderful event, even better that you were in control of your portions and moderation! Great job. I'm happy for you and yours.

I am glad you had a good time and are such a good friend to your friend.

This is a crazy week with out daughter getting married. So much to do and so much fun. Friends and family are arriving, people to see, things to do, mini celebrations all week long...it's all very exciting.

To add even more joy this blessed week, I received a call from a very dear friend just yesterday telling me his wedding was today at 5 P.M and could I be his best woman! Oh boy! Who plans a wedding on Sunday for Wednesday? That was my first reaction. My second was to say, but of course I will, and would be honored to be there. My husband and I dropped everything and drove 70 miles to join them during a sweet ceremony and dinner at the minister's home this evening. It was lovely. We're so happy for our friend who was a very young widower. After more than 12 years he's my old friend again, happy, in love, and filled with joy. She's an equally lovely woman.

We ate, drank a toast, and celebrated this blessed event and I only went over by a little more than 300 calories for the day. Weeks like this has me counting so much more than calories. emoticon
