I had been doing great for the first 90 days and then I started to slip a bit, drinking is the hardest for me. I am more conscious now when I am about to slip it takes time and patience.

The day is still very young, you have a chance to pick up the pieces today!

I know how you feel though. I've had countless of those days!

As long as it doesn't derail you into quitting, then you are all good, just dust off the crumbs and start over (I agree with everyone, we have all been there!!)

Happened to me all the time, but eventually it happened less and less! Just get back on track as soon as you can.
