Water exercise is awesome. I enjoy water walking, jogging and some aerobic water exercises. Do to some medical problems I feel so much more confident in doing water exercises without all the pain of other types. I even do some strength exercises in the pool when I fell strong enough, again easier on the body. Will go into the gym when feeling better and use machines. You have a fantastic job, keep up the great work.

I'm new to neuropathy, but I've been having undiagnosed symptoms since 2000. I am currently doing water therapy. My main problems are balance and weakness. The water is 92 degrees, so it is warm and inviting. I do various exercises including walking forward, on my side, and backward. I also do stairs. One of my greatest challenges is walking on stairs. On Monday I was able to get up and down from a stair without holding on to anything. It felt great. I also am doing stretching, paddling, bicycling, and just hanging. I feel that I have made a lot of progress. When I first started I was afraid of falling in the water. Now I have much more confidence. Also, I am 70 years old. (I'm 70?????, my brain doesn't feel like 70.)
