I generally use 24 ounce water bottles marked off in 8 ounce increments.. otherwise I measure just to be specific (I love numbers, it's a sin!!)

8 oz cups. Unfortunately , we decided to make " actual " cups bigger than a cup, sowe drink too much most of the time, especially when drinking calories.

So a 16 oz " cup ", is 2 cups.. a 20 oz water is 2.5 cups.

Ok... Second question of the day. When you measure the water you drink daily... Is it a actual cup measure or 8 ounce glass???
