For most healthy adults, thirst is a good indicator of fluid needs; so drink when you are thirsty. All beverages count too in meeting your need: milk, juice, water, coffee, tea, diet drinks, pop, smoothies, etc. But each has a limit regarding health.

For most healthy adults, about 6-8 cups of water daily works well. See what meets your thirst needs.

Where on earth did you hear that too much water will dehydrate you? You know that isn't logical right? :)

Shoot for two litres a day. More if you are doing a lot of physical activity.

How much water should I be drinking everyday? I've heard that too much will dehydrate you?? That sounds wrong to me...I was drinking sweet tea nonstop all day...I'm now drinking water in place of that...just wondering how much
