Yes, and no. Drinking water is no-calorie, can help fight hunger (often we think we're hungry when we're thirsty.)

It won't "flush fat" or sodium, nor any other "toxins." It can't make you lose weight. However, drinking plenty of water is critical for good health and success in weight loss.
