You bet we can. Just keep moving forward. It is okay to hit a stall now and then but w must make sure we get right back on track.

I have started and dropped the ball so many times. We do however need to remind ourselves that we are worth it and keep going. I know from past experiences that I felt better dropping weight and working out made a difference in me. We can go this
