Use the Teen Guides linked on your start page to be sure you are on the right track with your program. Focus on goals other than the number on the scale like running a mile and trying to improve your time or working up to 10 push ups or holding a plank pose for a minute. Fitness goals help use and sculpt muscles. Use the Workout Generator to help you with a plan.

i'm 5'7 and 150 , im trying (attempting) to loose weight but i don't no what to cut out i exercise and evrything like im saposed to but i just cant loose the weight that i want to and keep it off i want to be at 130 and simi toned please help
