Actually it's the only exercise I consistently do. I've taken to walking along singing some of the old hymns under my breath - Onward Christian Soldiers, Stand up, stand up for Jesus, Who is on the Lord's side and other hymns that have a marching beat to them so that I will keep the pace up.
