I walk over 30 miles a week and it has got my weight to where it is.

Not good in the winter but wow in the summer

I actually own this dvd. I used to have a vhs of hers called "Firm Up Fast" that I loved!

I haven't done the two mile yet, started with the one mile several months back, then began walking in the park once weather got nice. I will have to give it a try soon though, its getting too hot and steamy in the evenings for the park!

I LOVE Leslie Sansone walking videos! I did the 2 mile Express brisk walk today with the stretchy band. Feels good!
