Did you see my response to your SparkCoach question about this? I know you also asked the same question a few days ago on the Message Boards. The consensus was that it's not a good idea and increases your risk of injury.

Has anyone walked while using 2 pound hand weights? I want to kick up my walking a notch but don't know how to go about doing it. How many calories would I be burning doing this exercise. Please Help :)
