I love walking on windy, Autumn days, but it's terrible for my asthma. So, I have to avoid it.

It would have to be pretty much gale-force winds to make a difference and even then I honestly don't think it would be all that significant. Try walking in a pool if you want resistance. :)

walking in the wind it would be using more resistance and more cal - good to know
