Provided they are the same speed and intensity, you will burn the same calories either way.

The most important thing about exercise is not the specifics of what you do, or the timing, just that you do it regularly.

Hey y'all i need some advice what should i do first to get the most efficitive work out and calories burned? walk then work out or work out then walk. i walked yesterday and felt the muscles i worked out the day before and got a good sweat going but to keep up my goal, what is the best way to go? help please! and thanks emoticon
