I agree with Dragonchilde - log it as distance. I'd rather go conservative on the calorie count ... I find when I go with the one that sounds better calorie count, I tend to fool myself into thinking I am doing better than I am and then see the scale go up.

I would go with the distance. The aerobics option doesn't really have an option for intensity, while the mileage one takes that into account. In the end, it's only 30 calories; well within the margin for error.

it logs the distance as 71 calories, where the aerobics is 109. Logs the walking as 3mph (20 min mile)

What is the calorie burn for each? Walk away the pounds is basically low-impact aerobics, but I would track it as mileage. The mileage tracker has your time, and it will estimate based on that.

Should I enter this as aerobics or as distance? I just did the 1 mile walk, I have my goals set to walk 3 miles per week. Thanks
