I agree with Dragonchilde - log it as distance. I'd rather go conservative on the calorie count ... I find when I go with the one that sounds better calorie count, I tend to fool myself into thinking I am doing better than I am and then see the scale go up.

I would go with the distance. The aerobics option doesn't really have an option for intensity, while the mileage one takes that into account. In the end, it's only 30 calories; well within the margin for error.
