Congrats on the motivation to get out there early! I agree, doing my fitness things early sets me up for the whole day.

normally at 6:30am i am sleeping, but this morning I decided to get up and take a 2 mile walk. it definitely felt good and it makes it so you want to get a lot done during the day. decided if i can wake up early on all the nice days i can go for walks.it helps having to listen to music while walking. going at this time of day allows you to get all your other work done so you do not get distracted.i am going to try my best once again and eat well and exercise more. i spend too much time on the computer, so i finally figured out what things i could do during the day in order to enjoy myself. I found myself getting depressed the other day. i do not know if that had to do with the weather, or just bored of doing the same thing over and over again every single day. this gets old after awhile.
my goal is to lose 10% of my weight by October 2012.
