Thank you!! really hoping I can keep these eating habits instead of yo-yo dieting all over the place emoticon but its a good sign when I keep it up during stress I think, stress and boredom are triggers for me, because I start throwing "I deserve this" food pitty parties and before you know it emoticon

It is important to eat healthy no matter what is happening but very important when you need energy to keep going that the energy comes from real food not sugar

Great job! I think it's really important to eat healthy during finals BECAUSE it is such a stressful time. Getting in exercise is helpful too, but finding time can be difficult if you're crammed with studying. Try to take little breaks and get small bursts of exercise throughout the day.

Glad to hear that you're eating right. I remember that finals weeks were often full of temptations to order pizza and get ice cream with friends. It sounds like you're making conscious choices to only indulge when you really want to.

I'm so excited because I've lost the most weight during 3 weeks of 14 final exams! Needless to say it's a stressful busy time, but I've been eating right almost every day and letting myself indulge only when I knew I really really wanted something!

Trust me its so easy to fall into the "I'll go back to eating healthy after finals" and eat 10,000 calories while I study 24/7 on very little sleep!

I know that my weight will flux from here some because I've lost pretty fast these last 3 weeks, but I still feel really good about my progress :)

3 more finals to go... emoticon
