When you select an item to add to your recipe, just above the "add food" button there is a link to See Nutrition Info - you can click on that to view that info before adding it to the recipe.

I have a recipe that uses an ingredient that's not in the site-provided database, but has been entered by several other members. I'd like to pick one that has nutritional info entered for it that's closest to the product I'm using.

How do I view the nutritional info that's been loaded for any ingredient that's available to add to a recipe?
