I'm very proud of myself. :) I went to the doctors this morning because I had an eng done a few weeks ago and it showed up as abnormal so I had one done again and she didn't find anything unusual but wants me to see a cardiologist to be safe for a stress test. My fiance and I went shopping afterwards and I picked up healthy snacks and meals. We have also been limiting our fried foods and eating home more.
