I am enjoying my new venture into vegetarian meals. My dietitian got me started with a few good soups. I'm now branching out. It turns out the the vegetables are really helping me feel full for a longer time. Woo Hoo!
I now shop the organic section of my grocery store. The manager often share new products with me. I now use Quinoa pasta and tried several grains that were new to me. In fact I got the Bob's Red Mill cookbook to celebrate my changes to my food program.

I want help in using nutrition tracker to set up vegetarian menu for my family. My wife and I have eaten meat free in years past and we now have 2 daughters who are committed vegetarian and we thought it would simplify our lives if we all used a vegetarian meal plan. The problem I am having is the Spark vegetarian menu plan is limited. I can't figure out how to add new things to the tracker and I get frustrated and am not able to use the menu tool. Can someone help me???
