I think that is a personal preference and will vary from person to person if they record the difference if it is a small amount. I would recommend doing whatever feels most comfortable for you. If you don't record that difference, maybe just making a note on your nutrition page about it may help you remember that you did change it slightly.

if i vary a spark recipe by excluding an item, should i record this every time if there is only a slight decrease in calories?
