Do you mean that you are using the Sparkpeople meal plans???
Are the daily amounts for protein, fat and carbs "not" within your SP ranges??? Or are you comparing it to your pie chart picture?

I am not sure what you are asking but the recommended values should not be more or less. They should be in the recommended range. Do not go over or under that range.

Hi There, I am using spark people diet but by the end the report,i am not getting perfect recommend value why?my cabs are more,if not protein is less,and fat is more i am getting the values like this.Please help me in this
