About 80 percent of weight management is about nutrition. Focus on eating whole clean nutritious food within your recommended ranges and you will see happy results. I am imagining that with 3 children you likely move around alot already.

I am a mother of 3 boys 2 of which r under 2 and stil wake up 4 r 5 tymes a nite and im finding it real hard to get up the energy and motivation to work out in the morning. Any suggestions on wat else i shud b doing?
