It takes a lot of time. Two weeks is very little. There is this little thing that I hear and NOW I swear by.
It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing 8 weeks for friends and family 12 weeks for the rest of the world. KEEP GOING.
I will say that I had a friend start a new lifestyle diet. She lost weight over a year and decided to add working out to her lifestyle. For 2-3 weeks, she didn't notice ANYTHING. Nothing was loose, and then BAM! She lost inches!!!
You can't always use the scale as an accurate gage.

Keep up the good work and give it time! If you are pushing yourself harder than normal, your body could also be retaining water until it gets used to your new routines. Start taking your measurements too; those are a much better measure than the scale!

2 weeks isn't long enough to start seeing results. Consistency is key. Keep up tracking ALL your food and working out. Don't rely solely on the scale. There are lots of ways your body responds to a healthy lifestyle besides dropping pounds.

Hi there ,
Please help me in this,i am using spark people's diet plan and i use to go to gym daily for an hour,but i am not finding any difference in my weight loss journey.
