I get bad headaches all the time. They can be caused by so many different things: potassium deficiency due to increased workouts, improper hydration, allergies, pressure changes, hormones. All you can do is listen to your body, be sure you are taking your vitamins/supplements, drinking plenty of water as well as taking care of yourself.
However, sticking to your eating/exercising plan should not be avoided. Persistence and consistency will pay off.
Water check! If you don't usually get headaches, try a glass of water first. Dehydration can be a cause of headaches, and is an easy thing to try.

You're not a failure. I have a headache, too, and I think it's from the big storm and all the pressure changes.

I did fantastic yesterday, ate well all day, exercised for an extra 15 minutes...and then today I have the most terrible headache, ate leftover kfc, and haven't exercised at all. I feel like a big failure today haha
