I'm not upset about turning 50..i'm upset about being 265 lbs at 5'10 ..i'm worried i'm setting myself up for a heart attack...I have a treadmill my husband bought of the ones that you can lose 5x more in a shorter amount of's awesome...but it's been a great place to throw a towel or clothes on..lmao...i'm bad. no more. We all have to change our mindsets and say enough is enough..America is known for greatness..but it's also known for being an Obese country...I'm starting with me...and going to make my outside match my :D heheh :D
