I haven't done Turbo Jam, but I'm a Turbo Fire workout girl and love it.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!

I've done a couple of Turbo Jam workouts that were included with Turbo Fire as "free extras" but I purchased Turbo Fire because it was a higher intensity. However with that, you can always follow the one girl Allie as she does the low-impact version of the moves. I absolutely loved doing Turbo Fire though!

Turbojam was one of the first DVD workout products by Chalene. Turbofire is an upgraded workout problem. Do you like kick boxing ? turbojam is a kickboxing style workout. Turbofire is kinda like P90X in that it's a program where you a different DVD workout each day. it's pretty high intensity. I know a bunch of people who do it and really enjoy it. I have done turbojam. it's a perfectly good workout.

What is it YOU hope to achieve by doing either turbojam or Turbofire or Insanity or P90X ?

Before you buy a product, you need to decide what your goals are and whether or not the program will help you achieve those goals.
