Hey JSK! Welcome! Yeah, I hear ya about the 10 minutes. . .. after an injury this winter, I was so happy when I finally walked that first 10 minutes around the store parking lot. Even without the injury, it had been some time since I had truly felt motivated. Even if we don't lose weight in the first months or so, just keeping going is what kept me believing that the scale would eventually budge. It is budging - SLOWLY - but hey, I'll take it!!!
Have a great day! When you get that 10 minutes in, say to yourself, 'hey, what's another 5? This feels pretty darned good!'.

I have been on for a week with my eating, not so much with exercise. I have just looked at some of the options on spark. Hoping to motivate myself enough to get at least 10 minutes done today. And get my water in :-} Here's wish all a wonderful and productive day !!!!
