Feeling a bit overwhelmed, trying to get a good strong start on my journey to get healthier including my family ...and loose weight along with that.

I think the biggest challenge is meal planning and trying to get everyone one board with things they will eat. emoticon

Dr. recommended American Heart Association Plan, but their newest cookbook is $35 .....yikes. Was looking for an interactive meal planning online and came across this. How is the SPARK cookbook - are the recipes family/kid friendly ?
