thanks for the hugs! Yes stress does make it so much harder to get motivated to lose the weight. By the time I get home I just want to snuggle on my oversized chair and watch tv. Before I was getting home and doing the treadmill and zumba and I would walk 2 miles at lunch. Now I don't do anything. Can you tell me more about the bootcamp? Thanks for your reply! :)

Hi,
Thank you! I admire you for losing the 100 pounds, I wish I had your willpower and determination. I watch the biggest loser and I see all the weight they lose and wonder how come I can't do that when I don't even have as much to lose as they do. I appreciate your support and I will be there to support you in what you need as well. I am really going to try to use this site more to help me achieve this goal of mine. I saw there was a group here in my town but they have been inactive for 60 days. I really wish there would be one here local. Thank you again for offering your support. I could really use it!

I've been a member a little over 3 years. I made fantastic progress and lost 100 pounds in the first year BUT I became careless about nutrition and exercise and have gained a lot of the pounds back! I became disgusted with myself and closed my Spark account, but soon realized I NEEDED to be here. I'm back using the nutrition and exercise trackers now - they are so important. The sense of community and the friendships I have made here keep me going!

emoticon Stress makes it really hard to lose weight. I have experienced the same issue. The 28 day bootcamp helped me stay motivated. The workout s are short and manageable with my busy schedule & the exercise helps with the stress.

So I joined spark 6 months ago and at that time I was doing really good with my weight loss. However with these winter months and the lack of energy slowly I started going back to my old ways and gained 10 pounds back. I am very disappointed in myself because I worked so hard and now I am throwing it all away. I am trying to get back on track but sometimes its so hard because when you live alone its so easy to just grab a snack for dinner instead of cooking a meal just for me. I have started getting B12 shots hoping that will help with my lack of energy and I can get back into working out. My goal was to lose 50 pounds but now with my 10 that I gained it is 60 pounds that I need to lose. I really want to go to my annual checkup a lot thinner than last year. I just need some motivation...something lately I have lost. I know having problems at work hasn't been helping at all because I am under a lot of stress and I know I am an emotional eater. Hopefully I can get back on track before I gain more weight back....
