I would prefer to go with a healthy lifestyle EVERY DAY. That is the only way to go. Many of us have been here for a long time . Has any one tried this on their own? how was the results? I need a new knee and need my bmi down to 40 before they will talk to me for surgery. If this doesn't work then the next
thing is gastric by pass.
