If you can, try a different browser. I have had huge technical errors with the site on my home computer using Firefox, to the point where now the only thing that loads is the start screen. I switched to Chrome (on the same computer) and the problem resolved. I use Firefox at work with no issue, so it's not browser specific.
What sort of difficulty are you having? Like, is the nutrition tracker not working? Or you can't find the foods you want to enter, in the database? Or you're having a personal struggle trying to make yourself track?
