Machines tend to overestimate calories burned by as much as 30%. If it were me, I'd go with what the tracker is telling you over the machine.

Yes! There often is a big difference. The other day when I used the treadmill, it said I burned 196 cal. and the tracker said 143. The workout cal. were very low(I don't remember the #) I'm unsure which is the correct one, and what to put on my tracker page?

If your Activity Tracker picked it up as a workout event, then adding it to your fitness tracker would be double counting. Is there a big difference in the calories burned between your device and what you find in the fitness tracker?

can you enter your treadmill time and calories burned on the "my fitness" page while using the spark activity tracker? Or will it be adding extra cal. etc. Which one is correct? The equipment, or the tracker?
