I think that's because your exercise is counted by minutes and calories burned
on my ST days, I just divide my total w/o time amongst the exercises I did.
for example - 60 min of upper body would be
5 min bicep curls 5 min hammer curls 5 min triceps 10 min shoulders 10 min lat pulldowns 10 min lat rows 5 min overhead press 10 min chest press

I don't understand how you're supposed to add "minutes" to a strength training session... it asks for reps - ok - for number of sets - ok - asks for the weight used all ok! How am I supposed to know how many minutes it takes to lift a 40lbs weight 12 times and repeat it 3 times? What am I missing?
