I track them as a food. It helps remind me to take them and counts the nutrients toward my totals for reports.

If certain things are listed only in percentage but not quantity, or vice versa, just look up the RDA's in the country the vitamins are from and do a little math. :)

I record my vitamins under "other Goals" to be tracked. Althought I lumped them all together - You could enter them separately and check the boxes as you take them.

Hope this helps!

I would like some help in recording my vitamins. I have read some entries that suggest adding it as a food, but how do you do this when instead of mg/mcg/or IU it only lists %. Do we use 100%?
Thanks
