Thank you for the link, Coach Tanya. I worked at counting sugar for a short time, including sugar in milk, fruit, etc. I had to use the nutrition info for each food and I kept track of it in my nutrition notes. It was a time consuming task.

It's been an eye opener tracking fiber. Even though I eat a lot of fruit and do pretty good on the veges I still just barely high the low number. It's what I constantly work on every day. I've heard it said: don't count calories, count fiber.
