You'll find both strength and cardio exercises are now in the tracker, so if you click to search for an exercise, you can put in your specific exercises, or you can search for "strength training" and it will bring up a generic entry you can use.

I used to be able to track my strength training in "My Fitness" but can't seem to find that any longer (could also go to exercise demos & make a strength training routine). Am I just missing it? How do I do this?
