Calcium 400 mg is 40% (1000 mg = 100%)
Vitamin C 90 mg is 150% (60 mg = 100%)
vitamin E 1000 mg is 5000% (20 mg or 30 IU = 100%)

I would suggest that you talk with your doctor about taking the vitamin E at 1000 mg. 5000% of your need is a large amount.

or.... SP could just be more consistent in how vitamins are entered, recorded, and reviewed.

The Nutrition Tracker is especially frustrating, because there are no units listed. I have no idea if my ranges are set for %RDA, or mg/mcg, or what. I've tried to go back and forth between all the entry points, but at some point it becomes so confusing and unwieldy, I just give up.

If you provide the nutrients you need, I can tell you the amount that equals 100%. You can then do the math.

OR

You can provide the nutrient and the amount listed on the label and I can do the math for you.

whatever works best for you
