JUJIFRUIT, you got that right!! Staying within the ranges of your Nutrition Tracker will virtually guarantee success beyond your wildest dreams. I got hooked more than a year ago when I followed one of the suggestions offered on a Sparkpeople bootcamp challenge. It has made ALL the difference. Since reaching goal this past February I have continued tracking food and tracking fitness. The result: I'm still at goal weight (128) and lovin' it.
Great job staying on track with logging your daily information 3 day streak. keep going and before you know it you will have a 100 day streak. Celebrate every accomplishment on your journey to better health
