JUJIFRUIT, you got that right!! Staying within the ranges of your Nutrition Tracker will virtually guarantee success beyond your wildest dreams. I got hooked more than a year ago when I followed one of the suggestions offered on a Sparkpeople bootcamp challenge. It has made ALL the difference. Since reaching goal this past February I have continued tracking food and tracking fitness. The result: I'm still at goal weight (128) and lovin' it.

I have tracked my food for 3 days--I tracked everything, and I stayed within my calorie range. Yay!!! I really think this is the key for me in order to be successful.
