It is a low impact workout with 3 levels. I did all levels today. Good cardio. No weights, just you. Would it be aerobics like walk away the pounds?

What kind of workout is it? If you do a search, I know there's an article or two on how to figure out what to track.

I am 5'4".
Starting Weight (4.6.11) 164.6
First Goal 130 - Reached September 2011
Lowest weight: 116
Gained back 40 or so pounds and now getting back to it.
