I'm having a hard time tracking some of the group classes offered at my YMCA. They offer one from the Les Mills line called Body Pump. It's a strenth training class and basically you work one body part with a barbell and weights or just the weights. You work the different body parts each to a different song. Anyone have any recommendations on an easier way to track this?
