Such a useful tool and very effective for losing weight. You need to see what you are taking in to know why you are gaining weight. It can be a real eye-opener.

It really is a useful tool.
I love tracking the day's food AHEAD of time, so I can move calories around to a more balanced day. This would also work to see what you will be eating, and adjust the portion sizes.

What I can not believe is if you follow one of the spark meal plans how much food you should be eating. I was eating less but far more calories. I spent a lot of money to buy the suggested shopping list for the week. I'm hoping it works
