If you enter them separately, yes. The mileage tracker counts calories (And has a place to manually enter your calories burned) automatically. If you enter it twice, then you're double-entering your exercise.

To enter the calories manually, just click the " Click here to manually enter your calories burned." under the notes box in the mileage tracker entry form. You should only need to enter something once for your calories to count.

Can you count milelage and cardio at the same time,does it count for more calories,becase i started counting both,and my calories went up..confused.I walk 30 minutes and bike 30 everyday.
