ok. i think I might look into barre total body workouts. i'll see how that is. its more towards what kind of a body i want

In general, I recommend cardio for 20-30 minutes, 3-4 days per week and full-body strength training 2-3 times per week.

How do I manage to create a full body routine?

I am having a hard time with this. I am very overweight so I'm thinking that I need strength training or interval training.

not sure how much cardio I actually need.
